    It’s called teff. And it’s one of the most nutritious grains in the world. If you never heard of it before, that’s because it’s just now starting to get the recognition it deserves. In fact, we’re the first company ever to make granola out of teff.

    Setting up our own teff farms. Finding the perfect combination of locally sourced ingredients. Opening our own roastery in Uppsala. To be honest, it wasn’t easy. But we did it the only way we know how – as a family.

    Teff plays a major part in feeding our homeland. What grows there, needs to stay there. That’s why setting up our own farms in the south of Spain was never an option. It was a necessity.
