Growing up, teff was part of our daily life as the main ingredient in injera, an Ethiopian flatbread. And now it’s slowly starting to make its way to the rest of the world. Back in 2018, we decided to bring something new to the breakfast table. Now here we are, the first company to make granola out of teff!
